Hello ma’am It is there is the time of birth that it could be a possibility that it is a birthmark or certain type the body part can I have a little bit of green to blue #with subsides by the age of one year but still to be on the safer side I am going to advise you to discuss it with you are a paediatrician whenever you go next for a vaccination
