my baby is having frequent abdominal pain vomitings since two weeks and every test is normal... what are the reasons for this???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. x give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. x for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk
