my baby is having fever since last night between 99 to 100 she is crying,pulling ears and also salavia is coming from mouth is this sign of teething or viral fever

A. it is the viral.fever . Temperature more than 99 is fever and if it is more than 99 on 3 episode the. Give paracetamol to baby up to 4 times in a day . It may be any viral . And if remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
