my baby is having fever and cold antibiotic chalo hai and last 2 days loose motion once in a day what food to be given and should I consult doctor?

A. it is very common that after antibiotics loose motion can occur in children for which usually xprobiotics are advised by the doctors and you can give sachet sporolac once or twice daily and if it is still not improving xthen meet your doctor
