My baby is having extreme cough and cold. My paediatrician recommended phenargen syrup with 4ml dose to he given in night only, is it safe?

A. hello yes since the doctor as advised u can give n generally cough syrup makes kids sleepy n so doctor advise night n also salt water gargle helps n even u can use instat rub from babyhug too
