my baby is having excessive sweat.....and mild fever also...what may be the reason sir

A. may be due tk the vjral .Temperature more than 99 is fever . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then give nobel plus or baby not looking well then need a examination as it may be any infection .
