Q.

My baby is having cough and fever every after 15 days from last 2 months . Is there anything to concern.

A. Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regsular diet which is being given to the child Please give Tulsi water for at least two months to the baby to develop immunity. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey daily to the baby for increasing immunity. Thanks and take care
