my baby is having continuous fever from yesterday morning i given asol syrup but temperature not reducing,no cough but high temparature

A. Meftal-P Suspension is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It helps to lower body temperature (fever) and reduce pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) both in infants and children. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger that is known to cause fever, pain, and inflammation.
