my son having fever from morning.... 101.8 fever I gave paracetamol 250 ,4 hrs ones now his body temperature 100.5 ,fever not reducing help pls

A. you should visit a pediatrician for this it s not possible to tell about this problem with out an examination so it should be seen by a doctor for any advice and guidance about this . .
