Q.

my baby is having cold and cough lightly head heat what to do which syrup should be given to her she is crying lot I don't know why she is crying

A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk zat least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.

A. Calpol is good paracetamol you can give about 1.5 ML to your child as of now and that is going to help me reducing down fever and pain to your child and the heat in the body so the child is going to feel better afterwards and for cold and cough you can give Maxtra twice in a day
