my baby is having cold and cough I have given her sinorest af and koferest pd, now her head is sweating too much... is it normal

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is 4 months old and if the baby is having cough and cold along with some sweating it may be because of some fever it better to consult a Doctor was for a proper treatment
