my baby is having both breast milk and formula silk , he is not getting motion in last 2 days but passing gas with bad smell ...is this any worry about? what can I do for this..plz help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. babies at this age will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is ok. mother should correct diet
