My baby is having black line on lower teeth gums he is having multi vitamin syrup every day

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. due to iron this can happen and sometimes cause is unknown meet dentist your question points towards examination by the dentist. please meet dental surgeon for the proper examination and treatment and proper history evaluation. meet the doctor for further assessment of the child

That could be due to multivitamin supplement as well but it is going to be important for you at the same time to maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing the teeth of your child to times in the day morning and night go ahead with any toothpaste which is completely fluoride free
