Q.

my baby is having 100.7F temp..I have given him T98 drop..if fever don't get down at night..what should I do...please suggest

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponginghf of the body if required

A. You Can repeat the dosage again after six hours if it is required also I would like to tell you start doing cold sponging on the forehead of the child that also helps a lot in reducing down the fever also behind the knees if you can do cold sponging that is also going to help a lot
