Q.
My baby is having 100.3 temperature in morning and there after the temperature reduced to 98.6 with out providing any medicines. This is happening for the last 2 days. He was actually suffered a fever in the last week.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctord.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as feverd
do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.
