My baby is going to be 4 month but she takes feed every hour why? Not Formula Breastfeed only

A. Hello dear parent! Baby’s feeding and sleeping pattern keeps changing in the first few months. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months completion. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care
