my baby is going to be 3months on DTD.05.01.2022.My hair is falling now.what should I do for its prevention?

Hello mom Hair fall is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery in such case you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan. You should also start doing a massage with coconut oil and also apply aloe vera one hour before what it will help in reducing hair fall
