my baby is going 5 to 6 times motion in a day

A. ok xs. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times

A. if the consistency of the stool is normal that is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency of the stool.
the frequency can vary for 4 to 5 times per day and sometimes the child will not pass stoold for few days also.
also do no worry about colour and smell of the stool when stool consistency is semisolid to solid.
you have tod meet the dr only if it is totally watery stool or it is hard stool or the child is having pain while passing the stool.

if child weighs enough, showing no other discomfort then no need to worry about your child motions frequency and it's texture
