my baby is getting running nose with sneezing

A. Hai good evening !! Baby is having cold,consult Paediatrician for cold medicine. Apply vicks vapo rub on baby chest,throat,back. Do steaming which gives relief from running nose. Give more water,fluids for hydration avoid banana,orange,papaya,grapes ,curd in baby diet as these foods might cause or increase cold.
