A. if child feel lethargic , exhusted , dehydration etc please visit your pediatrician immediately.

A. hi indigestion or bacterial infection can cause this so first ,i advise to give curd ,buttermilk more it contains probiotics which help to maintain good bacteria in guts. offer fluids like nimbupani , coconut water ,fresh fruits more
