its better to keep it dry.
maintain hygiene.
offer more liquids and fruits.
massage with coconut oil or homemade desi ghee twice a day

it happens because of drooling,dry skin ,food or cosmetics allergy,heat or sweating or infection.
so please keep that area clean.
apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
maintain good hygiene
