My baby is getting his tongue black.. what can be the rrason?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should gedt cleaned with your clean finger.
if it is not decreasing in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue.

it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor.

If you are giving any kind of iron supplement to the child and that is going to turn out the teeth and tongue black for the child and that’s completely normal that actually turn the motion of the child black as well so I think it’s because of any iron supplement if you are giving
