my baby is getting gastro he is not eating anything and vomating and have disentry a lot given him medicine but still no recovery

Hello mom their is a lot that has been happening to the child so be a little patient as a parent it’s not easy , but give time to the child to recover , don’t force her to eat if she is not willing to, also you may try to give more of fluids as well to him, such as coconut water , fresh fruit juices , butter milk, vegetable soups etc
