my baby is getting continous cough in night time ,once she heavily coughed she is splitting out flum, then she is able to sleep

A. continuous cough with phlegm cough is a protective mechanism of body which may be due to infection or allergy . it needs proper assessment before giving any medicine presently steam inhalation can be given it will be beneficial
