my baby is getting 7 months which food can I start for my baby at 6 month we started nestum for her please guide me for this

A. give various home made food like cooked seasonal vegetable puree khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal powdered nuts to food Home made cerelac is better than commercial baby food

A. give your baby everything you eat but in mashed or puree form, it helps him or her to eat everything in future.
