Namaste Mom Take care of your diet and prefer easy to digest foods , and avoid gas forming ones use hing while cooking and consume alternately either ,jeera , or ajwain or saunf water make sure baby is burped after every feed , and use colic aid in case required apply hing water around the navel area in the circular motion for the baby
