Q.

My baby is Fully vaccinated as per schedule. Today, He had a Small dog bite and He is immediately taken to Hospital and Given TT and Rabies Vaccine (Chirorab) - 4 Units. They said three more doses to be given with 3 days gap in between. Is the above medicine is OK? Do we need to apply any ointment for visible wound?

A. Hello mom No you don’t have to apply anything and the given doses are perfect. So you should continue giving all the doses as prescribed by doctor. It is very important to provide all the doses to your baby. Rather than this you don’t have to take any other precautions just try to keep your baby normal room temperature.
