My baby is four months and ten days old, and he has lost 350 grams of weight over the last 15 days .

Teething can be one reason second could be lack of appetite because when kids have their teeth or gain their vision after three months complete this kind of situation is common to be seen whether they do not take proper feed and the weight loss is little bit there but as of now I would definitely advise you to consult your doctor
