my baby is five months old. he is too skinny. i regular feed through breast feeding and formula milk. please suggest

A. hi it is ok if a child is looking skinny I mean if a child weighs enough , looks happy and active, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about his/her physical appearance.
