Q.

My baby is exclusively on breastfeeding.. He feeds on one side for 7-10 minutes and after that falls asleep.. When I try to feed him on the other side, he doesn’t open his mouth also.. Atleast if I try to give him formula feed, then also he doesn’t open his mouth.. Is his 10 min feed per session sufficient.. He is not gaining body mass

A. Bajaj completely alright a lot of kids behave like this and maybe your child is full with the feeding that you are giving one time so just continue with that only and if your child is not taking feeding from the other side it’s alright feet from the other side the next time yet if the child is not taking that let me tell you breast a version is common in this age so try to express your breastfeed and give it with the bottle
