A. expressed milk can be store for 4 hours at room temperature and for 12 hours in refrigerator

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can pumped your breast milk for three hours in normal temperature and up to six to seven hours in fridge . And don’t boil milk directly. Take care
