My baby is exclusively breastfeed but she is pooping in colour with mucus

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi Pooping in green colour when a child is formula feed green colour and a grey colour is completely normally associated with that but yes you can see mucus in that area that is not good because that can be an indication for stomach infection
