Q.

My baby is eight months old and I give him food he refuses to eat. I also breast feed my baby. So what is the minimum quantity which is necessary of food for me to give baby in a day

A. solid food is complementary for the first one year of baby. Breastmilk is the main source of nutrition for 12 months. So, don't get stressed about the quantity of food baby intakes. just make sure to introduce him /her to variety of food / textures

The quantity of the food is going to be completely dependent on the appetite of the child is no fixed amount of food that I can see that this is going to be enough for you should give this much only to the child it would completely depend how well a Joe child accepting the food they Joe giving also an necessary spices including salt into the phone because that’s going to give proper flavour and taste Rudra food that you’re giving hopefully that’s going to be helpful for you in every possible manner
