A. Children with low vitamin D also need enough calcium in their diet. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered... morning sunlight is good. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice, oatmesl, mushrooms, tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk .
