my baby is doing watery stool since yesterday afternoon...in mustard yellow clr (large in numbers but less in quantity)... also farting alot and some noise is coming from his stomach what could be the reason?

Author of questionGuardian of a 3 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. my MIL used to gv him cow milk 2 times just to make a habit...but i switched him to exclusive breastfeeding from last 4 days...is it because of that???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. okay no problem fc it is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there
