my baby is crying harshly for 2 days today I noted her inside vegina is red in color I think infected she is only 7 month old baby what to do any serious problem

A. see if thr baby vagina is red it means yiu are not keeping her dry. stop too many diaper or Chan ge frequently. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
