my baby is coughing and had fever at night. all this happened in one day she had nothing before that. she fell while playing on the stair. she has no pain and is playing as usual. do I need to visit a pead

A. tg xscold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
