Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi babies do this because of many reasons like dry skin, dehydration, or as their body becoming ready for taking semisoild food items. so if child is not showing any other discomfort along with it,then no need to worry apply Babyhug lip balm which help to cure dry skin problem
