Q.
my baby is constipated....he is not eating much.and stool is very hard to excrete out..now I am giving medicine also..plz suggest some suggestions to treat this problem.

constipation is usually caused by inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet
so first ,I advise to maintain good hydration throughout the day
give fiber rich food like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child
encourage your child to do more physical activities
