my baby is completing 11 months and he fractured his forearm...his fracture has been reduced and he has a cast on which will be removed on 21st of this month. Can you guide/let me know what all precaution should i take after his cast removal?

A. hi be careful and avoid too much physical activities of your child. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best for vitamin D formation. give calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more avoid giving RO water.
