my baby is complaining of stomach ace...before farting or passing stool...as soon as she eat something she complains abt stomach pain

Hello mom could be some indigestion issue avoid force feeding the child instead give him some curd or butter milk or curd rice or some mild flavour food when asked for even fruits can be given and mainly keep him on fluids such as coconut water ,general water, fruit juices ,vegetable soups etc and still it doesn’t get better please consult a doctor for the prescribed medicine
