Q.
my baby is breastfed.She takes feed for 10-12 minutes only. How can i make sure that she is fed properly nd get enough hind milk? She is 4 months and weighs 5.3 kg.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, your baby’s weight is fine. Feed as per your baby’s demand. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
