My baby is born on 36 weeks that was on July 17th and he is not weighting gain. He is only 2.5 kgs now. I am using dexolac powder for him and please suggest for weight gain process.. My friend suggested to use APTAMIL for weight gain.. Please suggest me for weight gain…

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. you should give the one that the baby is comfortable digesting.. don't keep changing the milk as it may cause digesting issue in babies.. you can start with vitamin supplements as zincovit or A to Z consulting your pediatric.
