my baby is becoming more thin and gaining weight very slowly. This process starts a month before .now she is 5months and 2 weeks old. baby is very active and no other health issues. why this happens. she is 5.9 kg now.

A. dear Mum the baby should be double the birth weight by 6 months or less and should be triple the birth weight by 1 year breastfeed frequently on demand exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
