my baby is around 4 years and his weight is 14 kg is it a healthy weight doctor or need to improve on food and looks like thin

A. Hello! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. For breakfast, you can start giving the stuffed paratha, upma, vegetable daliya, idli, dosa and so on. For lunch and dinner, it should be rice, Dal, Roti, sabji, Paneer, Kakad, and so on. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
