gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate process of teething

Don’t worry you can wait for that to happen till the time of 18 months on a regular timing still if you see it is not happening then you can take an advice with the dentist on that but till that time it is not a problem so you can start with homeopathic tablet number 21 if you want to
