Q.
my baby is always tierd these days during daytime and cries as she is not sleeping properly at night. I'm doing massage, rocking, putting her in swing, bath before bed, feeding everything but she wakes up within an hour after putting her to sleep. I need help

once please consult your pediatrician and verify if she's not having any deficiency.
If she's deficient she can be given supplements as per pediatricians advise
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her probiotics and citrus fruits
