my baby is always having redness in her vaginal area. is there any issue about that? what should I do to stop it?

No, she is not scratching or she having any itching sensation but there is always redness in her vagina area. previously I used candid powder for rashes but now if I use powder substance then it will be same redness. will it be curable or not? do I need to use any treatment for her?
