My baby is almost 7 month old I have started purées suji fruit vegetable Her poop is tight and she also have constipation Home remedies please and which food causes constipation

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and she is having a tight potty after feeding her suji so don’t use suji in any food items to avoid constipation

A. Just You don’t need to know you have to give really good amount of water to the child and fibre rich diet along with the food that you are giving because hydration plays a very important role when the body is very well hydrated and good amount of fibres are there in the motion becomes a much better than smooth
