my Baby is almost 4 months and she coughs a lot during night. what measures should I take to cure

A. Child is generally having cough and congestion you should check with your doctor or medicine would be good to be given to the child with which the child will be more relaxed and once the child relax a child can sleep better along with that nebulising will also help
